Diana Moyer

Diana Moyer works with faculty members in all disciplines to support their efforts to secure external funding from a wide range of funders. She assists with all phases of the proposal development process, including finding funding opportunities, providing summaries of funder guidelines, and editing the research narrative to enhance clarity, flow, and attention to review criteria.

In addition to working individually with faculty, she conducts proposal writing workshops and the NSF and NSF CAREER Proposal Writing Institutes. She also supports interdisciplinary initiatives through the Community of Scholars Program.

Diana Moyer has been with the Faculty Development Team at the Office of Research and Development since 2013. Previously, she was the Coordinator of UT’s Center for the Study of Social Justice (CSSJ) where she facilitated grant writing sessions with CSSJ Fellows and supported proposal development and collaboration in the Center’s 16 research divisions. Moyer first came to UT in 2001 as an Assistant Professor in the Cultural Studies of Education Program.
